Armada Music Studios partner with Siltech - a new chapter in sound.

This marks a new chapter where craftsmanship meets creativity, connecting two Dutch innovators driven by a single belief: great music begins with a pure connection.

It is with great excitement that we announce that Armada Music is partnering together with Siltech, a manufacturer of high-end audio cables. This collaboration entails that all microphones in the dutch Armada Music Studios will now be wired with Siltech cables.

Siltech has been developing their own technologies since 1983 using pure silver for their conductive elements. All cables are manufactured in-house in Elst, ensuring the finest quality possible in each step of the process.

This mission and dedication in audio excellence is what lead to the partnership to come together, with a tip from Morien van der Tang.

Nico van Herk, Studio Manager at Armada Music shares:

“At Armada, we have six absolutely wonderful studios in the Netherlands. As the years have passed and many sessions took place in our studios, several microphone cables started to degrade over time. During a recording session with the talented Armada Music Publishing & Maktub producer Morien van der Tang, we experienced noise in the microphone’s signal path, which we traced back to a faulty cable.

Morien recommended that I should check out Siltech cables. After researching the cables and reaching out to the Siltech team, Sales Manager BENELUX, Bart Lemkens invited me to visit Siltech’s production site in Elst. During my visit, the production gave me a full in-depth understanding of Siltech’s quality craftsmanship. It was that moment where I fully knew that implementing Siltech cables in the Armada studios would be a massive leap forward for our studios.”

“Since the moment we installed multiple Siltech cables to our microphones, we’ve had phenomenal singers record vocals that sound absolutely brilliant. This collaboration allows us to guarantee world-class vocal recording for all studio guests. From the look and feel of the cables to their sound, artists know they can trust their recordings to be in their most pure form.”

The collaboration officially launched in Amsterdam, where Siltech Managing Director Viktor de Leeuw and Marketing Manager Rishabh Kumar joined Nico van Herk and Stijn Versteeg from Armada Music to celebrate the signing of the partnership agreement. Together, they raised a toast to sound excellence; with a shared commitment to the art of recording at the highest level.
